* Agassiz tuition fees include $125 for an educational camping trip.
** Bedson tuition fees include $165 for an educational camping trip, $125 for Practical Arts and $35 for a yearbook.

Charitable Donations
A certain portion of the paid Registration, Society, Tuition and Capital Replenishment Fees (but not the bus fees) will be receipted as a charitable donation at the end of each calendar year. In previous years, this portion has been at least 50%. This is calculated on an annual basis.
Additional Fees
Registration Fee
A $40 non-refundable, per application Registration Fee is charged to offset the costs of processing the application form and planning for the next school year.
Society Fee
A $20 non-refundable, per family Society Fee is charged to allow each family to become voting members of the WMEMS Society. (See School Organization" for more information about the WMEMS Society)
Capital Replenishment Fee
A $140 non refundable, per student Capital Replenishment fee is charged to provide the necessary funds to continually update and improve computers, buses and other equipment used at WMEMS. This fee is due in advance of the school year since many purchases are made at that time.
Family Discounts
Families who have more than one student attending WMEMS may apply the following tuition discounts:
- Second student deduct $440
- New for 2010-11: The maximum tuition fee for a family will be $7500 for families with children only in grades K-5 and $8000 for families with at least one child in Middle School (6-8). Busing fees are in addition to this family cap
Pro-rating & Refunds
When a student begins attending WMEMS during the school year, the Tuition and Busing fees (if applicable) will be pro-rated to the first week of attendance. The Capital Replenishment, Society and Registration fees are not pro-rated and are due in full.
When a student withdraws from WMEMS during the course of the school year, Tuition and Busing fees (if applicable) are due for the portion of the year up to and including the end of the month of withdrawal. Capital Replenishment, Society and Registration fees are non-refundable.
Before and After School Care
In order to meet families childcare needs, both WMEMS locations offer on-site
Before and After School Programs.
The Before School Program begins at 7:30am and the After School Program
continues until 5:30pm. For more information and program availability please
contact the school office.
